Raj Niwas, a fine display of traditional architectural Indian Haveli, is a conspicuous because of its central location at the shore of famous Pichhola lake and the picturesque view around it. It offers luxurious suites with beautiful glass inlay work, air-conditioned, all with sleek and clean attached toilets. All suites are well decorated and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities & private bath with unique bath fittings and telephone.

Raj Niwas a newly built Haveli is constructed on the traditional architectural pattern, which enables our guests to feel everything about the royal houses, havelies and palaces of Rajasthan. It is situated in the midst of the walled old city on the shore of famous Pichhola lake, near the City Palace and with a convenient approach to main tourist attractions of Udaipur.
Raj Niwas is tastefully decorated in traditional Mewari style- its furniture and furnishings give the guest a royal experience. The suites feature the traditional glass inlay work, “Gokhada”- a seating place on a raised platform, with coloured window panes and beautiful old lamps to take you back to experience the days of Rajasthani’s aristocratic splendor.
Raj Niwas has recently come up with a new 20 room exclusive boutique hotel 'Raj Kuber' overlooking all famous lakes, Palaces and surrounding hills. Our new lake facing hotel has been developed keeping in mind popularity of existing 'Raj Niwas' and demand of all our existing clientele/Guests and Patrons. The room size, category and decor has been done keeping in mind the standards of our existing venture 'Raj Niwas'. We welcome all to experience our hospitality at 'Raj Kuber' and 'Raj Niwas'.
